Sometimes a commercial just hits you. Sometimes a commercial just strikes the right tone. A commercial that inspires you and moves you. I found that commercial in the new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I love this clip from the movie Network (1976). Sometimes as a writer you just wish you can have a moment like this. It’s pure genius. Americans take a lot of abuse from their government. When do they get sick and tired of being sick and tired? When do they have their moment of being “mad as hell and not going to take it”?

I found this video on Youtube of one of George Carlins concerts. I remember watching this and it always stuck with me. George Carlin was a professional comedian. But he was also much more. He was a prophet. There was something about his act that would scream out “Here is the TRUTH!”
