In another sign of the rats fleeing a sinking ship Evan Bayh (D-IN) announced that he will not be seeking another term as Senator of the Hoosier state. 
America can only breathe a sigh of relief as another incumbent of Capitol Hill will not seek re-election. Bayh’s decision only makes it easier for Americans and Hoosiers to continue the house cleaning of Capitol Hill. Bayh sat on many committees including the Senate Committees on Armed Services, Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, Energy and Natural Affairs,Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and the Senate Committee on Intelligence. He appears to be at the center of the “Axis of Incompetence” for every problem we can see with America today Mr.Bayh served on the Committee for. Thank you Evan you’ve done enough.
Mr.Bayh’s friends who aren’t voting citizens of Indiana must be disappointed as he has raised about $13 Million for his campaign. I hope his donor’s have a receipt. But then again when you get $150,000 from Goldman Sachs and from the financial and business sector. You can pretty much write it off as a waste of money.
This is a senator who’s own state saw its unemployment rate creep up in December 2009 increased 0.3 percent to 9.9 percent, the Indiana Department of Workforce Development reported. While the unemployment rate went up Senator Bayh had nothing to worry about because his wife Susan Bayh apparently has more jobs than the entire state combined. This is a great loophole in the Senate. Get elected and instead of you getting paid your spouse does. No ethics problems there. No wonder America is dying.
Well Senator Bayh thank you for your service to our wonderful country. You have shown that maybe your not unethical but you are certainly incompetent. Before you leave if could maybe take all your buddies with you when you get your high paying lobbying job either in the financial industry or the healthcare industry. Like I said before thanks. You’ve done enough.

Bayh was on the short list for Obama’s VP. Maybe this is why he wasn’t chosen?
the reason he wasnt chosen was indiana has a repulican govenor whom would appoint his replacement and if he would of won (which Obama did) the democrats would of lost a seat in the senate.
